Continuing Airworthiness Management

With the capability and, for Non AOC operations, the Part M Sub part G approval, Vector can provide Continuing Airworthiness Services. These services are provided on a fixed term contract basis utilising, where required, the OASES maintenance computer system. Charging monthly per aircraft, provides operators and owners alike with a cost effective and manageable way of supporting their aircraft/fleet. Typical tasks are:

  • Maintenance Programme Production &  Development 
  • Technical Records keeping and log books update
  • Maintenance Planning
  • Compliance recording and monitoring
  • AD & SB review  
  • Reliability /Cost of Ownership
  • Airworthiness Review recommendations

Technical Support

Vector provides directed services where the operator does not have the expertise and or the resource. This highly specialised and tailored support covers both aircraft and organisational areas and can be a one off task upto a full project. Based on the customers requirements, a proposal is defined and agreement reached on the scope, timescale, cost and payment terms for the project. Typical areas covered are:

  • Aircraft Selection / Acquisition /Introduction into Service
  • Contractor Selection/Quality Surveillance
  • Logistics / Spares
  • Incident/accident support
  • Provision of Form 4 post holders
  • Provision of support and procedures  for gaining  Part M CAMO and Part 145 Maintenance organisation approval

Maintenance Training

Vector Aircraft Services  in conjunction with Eden Valley Airworthiness Services can provide cost effective and directed bespoke training in all aspects of maintenance and maintenance management and in support of personal and organisational development. Following a review of the customers requirements a proposal including the syllabus, timescales, cost and payment terms is provided for mutual agreement. Typical training provided is:

  • Part 145/Part M Training including continuation training
  • Fault diagnosis training
  • Maintenance Management and Procedural training
  • Quality audit training
