Vector extends its Part M Sub Part G approval to add more aircraft types.
As part of our strategy to support aircraft owners and operators alike, Vector continues to invest and grow the organisation through increasing the aircraft types that can be covered from purchase and  import through to carrying out ongoing Continuing Airworthiness Management services. Providing options for turn-key maintenance operations, independent maintenance advice and ongoing oversight for aircraft owners and lessors alike Vector are available to discuss your needs and find a way to lessen the burden of maintenance oversight.

Vector support Links Air in gaining their AOC
A Vector staff member as the contracted Continuing Airworthiness Manager for Links Air supported by Vector systems and staff have successfully gained Part M Sub Part G approval with Sub Part I privileges for the Links Air AOC.  A charter company based in Humberside, Links Air currently have one J31 with plans to extend the operation once the AOC approval is complete.  

Vector and Eden Valley Airworthiness Services Limited sign an agreement for ongoing cooperation. 
As established organisations and with a mutual commitment to meeting customers needs, Vector and EVAS have signed an agreement of cooperation. EVAS has a successful track record in maintenance and regulatory training and provision of Continuing Airworthiness consulting services. Vector has a contracted and sub contracted Part M continuing airworthiness client base covering business jet, regional commercial, charter and freight operations coupled with a standalone Part M sub Part G approval. In cooperating at the closest level, both organisations clients will benefit from a wider and more flexible offering of support.   

Eden Valley Airworthiness Services and Vector team up to support BA City Flyer as part of their acquisition of Embraer 170 aircraft.
As a collaborative effort,  EVAS and Vector produced a base line maintenance programme for BA City Flyer as they continue to prepare for the delivery of their 6 new EMB 170 aircraft and gain Part M Sub Part G approval for the type. 

Vector support Jetstream Executive Travel Limited with sub contracted CAW support.
With the import of one J31, placed  onto the AOC of JET Ltd, technical records and planning was sub contracted to Vector. The aircraft is currently flying on a regular basis with Highland Airways. A Vector staff member covers the post of Part M Quality Manager for JET Limited.

Addition of Aircraft to Air Charter Scotland CAW Support
AS the provider of sub contracted Continuing Airworthiness Support to Air Charter Scotland (ACS), Vector have added 1 Cessna 550, 2 x 525A and 1 x 525B in the period Jan –Apr 2009 to the ever expanding list of aircraft covered by the contract.

Vector assists aircraft owners to recover aircraft
As a result of the demise of EBJ Operations AOC in 2008, 5 of the 8 Ac aircraft that were operating on their AOC were  recovered safely by Vector Aircraft Services with 4 of the aircraft moved to non commercial operations within 4 days and Continuing Airworthiness contracted to Vector. Some aircraft moved swiftly onto another AOC, although Vector continue to provide sub contracted support. One CJ 1 aircraft following refurbishment and the completion of due maintenance at Kinch Aviation, has been re registered and is now presented for sale.
