OASES MRO management review for Kenya Airways

In November 2011, Vector Aircraft Services senior management team-members Chris Spencer and Stephen McCartney completed a management review of the Oases MRO system for the National Flag Carrier, Kenya Airways. In conjunction with Kenya Airways staff, the review centered around a gap analysis and formation of a plan to improve service delivery, efficiency and reduce costs within the Part 145 and maintenance management functions.
